Successful team leadership
Jane has run large block management departments for several well-respected London-based companies for over 16 years, with teams of 30 reporting directly to her. She believes mentoring, support and training are essential to create a successful property management team.
Outstanding operational experience
Jane has 30 years experience of both the public and private sector, managing a diverse range of property from retirement homes to some of London’s most prestigious residential blocks, and including a period as Principal Housing Officer for Westminster Council.
Renewing an ideal partnership
In joining Preside, Jane renews a successful 10-year partnership with Patrick Flynn in which they jointly ran a substantial Central London block management department.
